Make Art Packs for Hospital Patients

Help Danielle make art packages for her hospital.

Danielle, the winner of our second education grant, would like your help to create art packs for kids and mental health patients at her hospital.

Please note that the contents of these art packs are specific, because only specific things are allowed in the hospital and in the different wards. We want to make sure that no art pack is wasted, so absolutely double check the list before you get your supplies together.

Danielle is going to put together a bunch of art packs herself with our grant money, but the more you send, the longer the program will get to be tested and bring a smile to new patients.

Thank you for being kind and generous of spirit.

Danielle’s Art Pack Instructions

In General…

  • Regular crayons should be used for children under age 10 as well as for patients in the mental health unit
  • Only include washable paint and washable markers – nothing permanent!
  • Do not include anything alive (ie. Plants) or anything breakable (ie. Anything glass)
  • Put all of your items in a nice, easily transportable container
  • I used canvas bags, but small boxes or ziplocs can work as well
